ok i've been kinda lazy to blog but yeah it's been a crazy past few days.
i went to the singapore vs vietnam match on sunday night with my cousins (i highly doubt any of you reading would've watched it let alone go to the stadium to watch it live haha) and it was a blast even though singapore lost. the adreneline rush even when i was outside the stadium was amazing, i was so excited! haha. my sisters and cousins spelt out singapore on sheets of drawing block and each of us cousins held an alphabet each and we were super high from start till end.
my cousins (not me) practically harrassed this photographer from the Today newspaper to take a photo of us and kept shouting at him "front page ok!". hahahaha. and he actually did put us in the papers! Today 23rd dec sports section go check it out if you have the paper! and keep it for me please cos i'm looking for copies for myself and relatives. haha.
been rushing through last minute christmas shopping too. to get a white wallet for my mum i had to visit like 4 esprit outlets, 3 fred perry outlets to find a shirt for gary, 2 77th streets to get a bagpack for my sister, just to name a few. i've walked all over town dunno how many times till my feet really hurt. that's the worst thing about christmas i think. but i'm done with shopping!
but with christmas here it means the new school term's beginning too. ): sucks. the best thing about the holidays is being able to come home everyday and see my family and not go back to hall. i know a lot of people are staying in hall this hols for the interhall games and i'm glad i'm not one of them. i know i don't have friends in uni but hey like weiqin said it's about quality rather than quantity. i'd rather have 5 good friends than 100 acquaintances. that said, i really am a loner in uni. haha. but this hols i think i've grown closer to my sister and my cousins and i wouldn't trade that for anything. friends may come and go but family's for life. ok i'm such a family person. haha.
nvm i shall look forward to bf's return and the S07 gathering. (: wish i knew how to cycle though. haha.
